DTCs Stored: P0171 Fuel Trim System Lean Bank 1 P2270 Heated Oxygen Sensor Signal Stuck Lean (Bank 1, Sensor 2) P0300 Engine Misfire Detected Smoke tested engine and found no leaks. Fuel pressure 43psi at idle, same as desired by fuel pump module. Found live data showing cylinder 7 misfiring. Found cylinder 7 spark plug oil fouled condition and showing signs of oil consumption. Found oil level 0.5qts low and oil life at 70%. Topped off oil. Removed Cylinder #7 spark plug and inspected with boroscope. Found signs of worn/stuck oil control rings. Recommend tearing down for further inspection or replacing worn engine.
Performed Compression Test and found the following: Cylinder 1 Dry 185psi – Wet 203psi Cylinder 3 Dry 182psi – Wet 199psi Cylinder 5 Dry 178psi – Wet 196psi Cylinder 7 Dry 180psi – Wet 200psi Recommend replacing engine. Found radiator is cracked and leaking. Recommend replacing. After replacing engine found starter is faulty. Replaced vehicle's starter under good will repair.

Found no oil on dipstick upon arrival (oil change due in 2,000 miles). Topped off oil with 2.5qts of oil. DTCs Stored: P2440 Secondary Air Injection System Cut Off Valve Stuck Open Found secondary air injection solenoid valve is faulty. Recommend replacing both secondary air injection solenoids.
Found several communication faults stored. Performed battery reset. After battery reset radio and HVAC controls now operating properly.

Recommend performing oil change with lucas additive. Found broken bolt on drivers side exhaust manifold. Recommend installing clamp.
