Recommend replacing valve cover and spark plugs to start.
- Found vacuum pump has a severe oil leak. Recommend replacing vacuum pump and cleaning residual oil. Found thermostat is leaking. Recommend replacing. Found inner tie rods have excessive play. Recommend replacing steering rack, outer tie rods and performing alignment. Recommend window electrical diagnosis. Found front brake pads at 20%. Found front rotors worn. Recommend replacing front brake pads and rotors. Found rear brake pads at 80%.
