Freeze Frame Data: Transmission Fluid Temperature is negative forty degrees Found transmission fluid temperature sensor is faulty. Recommend replacing valve body module and reprogramming. Found front two tires are bald and unsafe to be driving on. Recommend replacing tires and getting an alignment.

    • Found front brake pads at 20%. Front rotors are okay at this time. Recommend replacing front brake pads. Found rear brake pads at 10%. Rear rotors are okay at this time. Recommend replacing rear brake pads.

    • Found a broken part of the recirculation door flopping around in the blower motor blades causing noise. Recommend replacing recirculation door assembly.
    • Found rear sliding window motor cables bound up and broke the cable holder on the window. Recommend replacing the whole rear window assembly

    • Code P0193 Fuel rail pressure sensor circuit high input. Tested fuel pressure found 28-29 psi (30psi is normal). Slightly low and fluctuating slightly. Found live data from Engine control module reading at 73psi from fuel pressure sensor. Found fuel pressure sensor faulty. Recommend replacing sensor and replacing fuel filter. Replaced sensor and filter and retested fuel pressure. Now reading a steady 30psi. Test drove several times and could not duplicate stalling concern.
    • FUEL FILTER – Remove & Replace
    • FUEL PRESSURE SENSOR – Remove & Replace – V6
